Material suspends and forms fluidized state under the action of the undefiled hot air flow (load pressure), its surface is in full contact with the heated air, and the material is evenly heated and reaches ideal state for hot swapping thus to have a high efficiency. Configured with proper spraying system and through further structural improvement, fluid bed becomes a kind of multi-purpose processing facility in combined functions of drying, granulating.

This machine has been equipped a systems of “top spray”, base on a set of universal fluid system and alterable process module, adopt top technological operations.

Granulated or agglomerated particles are more desirable than fine powders for several reasons.
