Dense phase transport, also known as airflow transport, utilizes
the energy of the airflow to transport particulate material along
the airflow direction in a closed duct. It is a specific
application of fluidization technology. The pneumatic conveying
device is simple in structure, easy to operate, and can be used for
horizontal, Vertical or oblique transport, physical or chemical
operations such as heating, cooling, drying and gas grading of
materials can be carried out simultaneously during transport.
Materials which has a lot of water content, and it has adhesiveness
or materials which are easy to generate static electricity during
high-speed movement are not suitable for pneumatic conveying.
Product Features
1) It is suitable for scattered transportation from one place to
several places. That is, the feed point is one, and the discharge
point can be one or more.
2) Compared with the suction type, the concentration and transport
distance can be greatly increased.
3) Under the condition of positive pressure, the material is easily
removed from the discharge port, so the structure of separator and
precipitator is simple, and generally there is no need to lock the
air.
4) Blower or air compressor at the first end of the system,
requiring low level of air purification.
5) Under the positive pressure, the material is not easy to enter
the conveying pipe, so the structure of the feeding device is more
complicated.
6) The material runs in the closed tube, does not raise dust, and
the environment is clean and tidy.
7) Low energy consumption and low noise.
8) The pipeline layout is flexible and covers a small area.
9) Can be long-distance transmission, up to more than 500 meters.
