CT-C-III Hot Air Circulating Drying Oven for Fruit and Vegetables

CT-C series hot air circulation oven is equipped with low noise and high temperature resistant axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system. The whole circulation system is completely closed, which makes the thermal efficiency of the oven increase from 3-7% in the traditional drying room to 35-45% at present, and the maximum thermal efficiency can reach 50%.

1,Most of hot air is circled inside the oven. The hot efficiency is high, The energy source can be saved.
2,Enhanced ventilation is used and it is equipped with adjustable air divider plate inside the oven. Raw materials can be dried evenly. The hot sources can be steam, hot water, electricity of far infrared.
3,The machine has low noise and stable operation. The temperature can be controlled automatically. The installation and maintenance are very convenient.
4,The applied fields are wide and can be suitable for all kinds of raw materials, lt is a comprehensive dry.

1) Heating source: Vapor, heat conductive oil, hot water, electric heating pipe, FRI etc.
2) Operating temperature: Vapor heating from roomtemperature to 140℃, max 150℃.
3) By Electric, FRI heating, temperature range from room level to 350℃.
4) Auto-control system and computer control system as option.
5) Common vapor pressure 0.2-0.8 Mpa.
6) Electro-heating (type 1) 15 kw, actually 5-8 kw/h.
7) Special requirements should be indicated while ordering.
8) Non-standard dryer can be produced based on process parameter.
9) Operation ambient temperature high than 140℃ or less than 60℃ should be marked out while ordering.
10) Dry vehicle and tray's dimension are standard and changeable.
11) Dry tray dimension: 460x640x45mm.
