2d Mixing Drum Two Dimensional Motion Powder Tumbler Mixer

This machine is widely used in medicine, chemical, food, fuel, feed, fertilizer, pesticide and other industries. Especially suitable for the mixing of various solid materials in large tonnage (1000L - 20000L).
The mixing bowl of the machine participates and swings while rotating, so that the materials in the cylinder are thoroughly mixed. The discharge port of the mixing cylinder deviates from the center line of the cylindrical portion of the mixing cylinder, so that the machine has the characteristics of rapid mixing, large mixing amount and convenient discharging.

Product Working Principle

The drum of machine can simultaneously move in two directions, one for the rotation of the drum, another for drum with the swinging rack.

Materials rotating, over turning and mixing in the drum with the rotation of the drum meanwhile do back and forth mixing movement with the drum swinging. With these two sports function, the materials can be fully mixed in a short time.

This machine is widely used in blending of powder and granular materials.
